Job Description

  • Implements annual workforce planning exercise and coordinates headcount planning with Center/Group and other groups (e.g. MIS, Corporate Planning). Monitors and provides information on matters related to workforce planning. Provides support in implementing agreed workforce strategy of the Bank.
  • Addresses and/or recommends the resolution of matters related to the Talent Management issues.
  • Provides support in the design and implementation of succession, talent review, talent mobility, and leadership development of the Bank. Takes action to ensure these practices are in place and provides assistance to leaders in these areas.
  • Designs and implements career-enrichment programs such as promotion and talent mobility to drive capability building, retention and engagement.
  • Conducts organization reviews and job evaluation exercises. Makes recommendations on organization and design job designs for talent optimization and capability enrichment.
  • Supports the Bank's agile transformation by assuming the talent demand role in the agile operating model. Supports creation of programs and implements processes to deliver capability requirements of squads and teams.
  • Participates in the team's drive for innovation through conducting research, joining design thinking exercises, and other related activities.
