Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, labor laws, and training and development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR issues and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and highly adaptable to changing priorities.
