  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing annual workforce planning exercises, coordinating headcount planning with Center/Group and other groups, and monitoring information on matters related to workforce planning.
  • This role requires addressing and/or recommending the resolution of matters related to talent management issues.
  • The Talent Management Officer will provide support in designing and implementing succession, talent review, talent mobility, and leadership development practices within the Bank.
  • This includes ensuring these practices are in place and providing assistance to leaders in these areas.
  • The officer will also design and implement career-enrichment programs such as promotion and talent mobility to drive capability building, retention, and engagement.
  • In addition, this role involves conducting organization reviews and job evaluation exercises, making recommendations on organization and design job designs for talent optimization and capability enrichment.
  • The Talent Management Officer will support the Bank's agile transformation by assuming the talent demand role in the agile operating model, creating programs, and implementing processes to deliver capability requirements of squads and teams.
  • This position also participates in the team's drive for innovation through research, design thinking exercises, and other related activities.
