
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the sales funnel by identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build lead lists using various sources, including industry directories and social media platforms.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria.
- Schedule consultations for senior-level executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM system.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Proficient in leading research and personalized outreach using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- CRM system experience is required.
