Job Title: Growth Opportunity Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Growth Opportunity Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system
- Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
- At least 2 years of successful experience in a related field, such as Lead Generation or Appointment Setting
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong internet connection and designated quiet workspace
- Amenable to working non-traditional hours
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments
