Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our support function, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution.

You'll play a vital role in scaling our support operations, maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in all areas of our product, becoming a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Manage customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to the development team for resolution.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles and internal procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in various software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle criticism and feedback constructively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
