Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive the expansion of a newly launched loyalty program for an international airline. This is a high-impact sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The successful candidate will contribute to a high-profile partnership with one of the world's largest airlines. The candidate will receive continuous training and support, including specialized sales programs.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Actively identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the market.
  • Proactively follow up on all leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
  • Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition and revenue.
What You'll Bring: Essential Requirements
  • Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a 'closer'.
  • Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to work flexible business hours.
  • Ability to work remotely with your own laptop or computer.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings): PHP 120,000 includes base and commission.
  • Paid leaves and sick leaves.
  • 13th-month pay (prorated).
