System Architect for Revenue Growth

We are seeking a skilled system architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution-focused individual to own strategy, automation, and reporting from end to end.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning the entire HubSpot product suite across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
  • Architecting and maintaining the GTM infrastructure, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields.
  • Identifying operational gaps and proposing strategic solutions for execution.
  • Building and optimizing workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts.
  • Implementing scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment.
  • Ensuring seamless integrations with Webflow, ZoomInfo, UserPilot, BI tools, and other key platforms.
  • Creating executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Managing multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDRs, and Sales.
  • Delivering always-accurate, decision-ready reports.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in system architecture in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams.
  • HubSpot Certifications (required).
