Business Development Representative

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive outbound revenue growth for a growing B2B organisation.

This role suits individuals who have consistently met targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company dedicated to scaling its revenue.

About the Role

You will work directly with our client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.

Our organisation provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills

You will also have access to additional training, administrative support, and be part of our community of high-level sales professionals.

Success looks like 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
