Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of initiatives driving participation and success in our Employee Referral Program.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at connecting with people, hosting events, and creating engagement initiatives that inspire participation and impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of engagement projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Conduct employee surveys to align activities with expectations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identify risks, and address delays
  • Measure project success through defined metrics and implement improvements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for transparency
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and updates
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create communication materials for campaigns
  • Cascade monthly activity announcements via email and other channels
  • Host employee engagement events onsite and virtual
  • Organize interactive activities to boost participation
  • Gather and respond to feedback during and after events
