About the role

As Delivery Manager based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to our banking clients. Your expertise in programme and project management will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our advanced CRM platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead the delivery of CRM projects for our banking clients, ensuring seamless implementation and user adoption
  2. Manage cross-functional teams to coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CRM strategies
  4. Oversee the project management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  5. Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximise the value of their CRM investments
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our CRM offerings and stay ahead of industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM project delivery or program management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing the implementation of CRM solutions, from requirement gathering to go-live and beyond
  3. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, technologies, and industry regulations
  4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
  5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project environments
  7. Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
