Overview of the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our training initiatives. As a Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs that meet enterprise business requirements and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of training applications to align with business objectives.
- Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
- Manage site-wide training initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
- Create and execute TL and TM development training, including curriculum, training, and evaluations.
- Provide technically sound and engaging training that caters to diverse departments and campaigns.
Requirements
You must have at least 5 years of managerial experience and excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also be highly independent and motivated with a track record of overseeing projects to completion. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications is essential.
