Talent Development Lead

We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager to join our organization. We provide innovative sales solutions, customer engagement services, and operational support for leading brands worldwide.

The ideal candidate will oversee our global programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhance critical processes, and interact with clients/stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans, and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to achieve customer retention and expansion.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate operational risks and leverage process knowledge to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Buid a culture of best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize delivery.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proficient experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
  • Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
  • 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
