  • Our company is seeking a dedicated individual to join our remote team as a customer support agent. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.
  • Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
