
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service in a remote setting.
- This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and documenting interactions accurately.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, prior call center experience, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service through effective problem-solving and timely issue resolution.
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, and escalate complex issues to relevant team members when necessary.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous call center experience and strong command of the English language.
- The ideal candidate will also possess typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
