Project Readiness and Turnover Specialist

The Project Readiness and Turnover Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This individual is responsible for implementing project execution readiness assessments, conducting project readiness and compliance evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders to address any issues.

  • Develops and implements strategies to enhance the project readiness process;
  • Maintains accurate documentation and records of project readiness activities;
  • Reports on project readiness status to management and relevant stakeholders;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts project turnover readiness processes from Project Execution to Operations;
  • Facilitates project compliance reviews before project turnover to the operating business unit;
  • Coordinates with departments to ensure that Operational Readiness Review requirements are complete;
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in project management, project readiness, or a related field;
  • Leadership experience: at least 3 years leading and managing a team;
  • Experience in renewable energy projects;

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to analyze complex situations, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
