Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect (Registered and Licensed Architect – PRC).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in architectural design and project management (6+ years for senior-level consideration).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop).
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and permitting processes, QA and QC.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee architectural design concepts, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Must be available to be relocated around the Philippines
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle—from schematic design to project turnover.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Building Code, zoning regulations, and RA 9266.
  • Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and schedules.
  • Lead internal design teams and mentor junior architects.
