Project Readiness and Turnover Specialist

Job Overview:

This position involves implementing project execution readiness reviews to ensure all pre-execution requirements are met. The specialist will conduct project readiness and compliance reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, develop strategies to improve the project readiness process, maintain accurate documentation, and report on project readiness status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project execution readiness reviews to ensure all pre-execution requirements are ready prior to acceptance of Project Execution.
  • Conduct project readiness and compliance reviews to ensure all deliverables are completed and criteria are met before advancing to the next phase gate.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to address any issues related to project readiness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the project readiness process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of project readiness activities.
  • Report on project readiness status to the management and relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field, leadership skills, and knowledge of project execution readiness reviews. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is also required.

Licenses and Certifications:

A professional certification in project management is preferred but not required.
