Join the G Nation today RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a senior program leader to drive the execution and organizational mobilization of GCash's sectoral inclusion initiatives, focused on marginalized and priority sectors. This high-impact role requires strategic understanding, proven ability to execute across a matrixed organization, influence senior leadership, and drive measurable adoption.

Success will be measured by program launches, market adoption, stakeholder alignment, and support for the national agenda. Lead the end-to-end delivery of sectoral inclusion programs — from strategy development, solution building, piloting, to scaling and turnover. Mobilize cross-functional teams across business groups and enabling teams to deliver program objectives and ensure organizational buy-in.

Engage and align with internal senior leadership and external partners (regulators, NGOs, government agencies) to ensure program success and alignment with the national agenda. Oversee program management activities: project planning, execution monitoring, issue/risk management, milestone tracking, and reporting. Develop customer-centric financial solutions for marginalized and priority sectors based on data insights, customer profiles, and sector analysis.

Create, refine, and socialize business cases to support program investment, resource allocation, and market launch. Ensure go-to-market (GTM) readiness by partnering with marketing, product, risk, operations, and compliance teams. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and program reviews.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in program management, project delivery, or strategic initiative execution roles. Strong background in leading cross-functional programs with internal teams (business and enabling groups) and external stakeholders (regulators, NGOs, government agencies). Proven success in driving large-scale programs from strategy creation through execution, scaling, and turnover.

Experience in financial inclusion, development sector programs, or sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage.
