Job Title: Virtual Support SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing email and text inquiries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Handle 15-20 inbound and outbound calls daily from new and existing clients.
    • Respond to email and text inquiries, including follow-ups and accounts receivable reminders.
    • Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate field staff using specialized software.
    • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and lead pipelines through various tools.
    • Update job statuses and customer information in CRM systems.
    • Upload invoices to financial management software.
    • Create and post weekly updates on social media platforms.
    • Promote business growth by leveraging online presence.
    • Manage client calendars and appointments.
    • Perform light reporting and follow-up tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to learn and use specialized software.
  • Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern software tools.
  • Experience in social media content management.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with CRM and job management software (training provided).
