The role of an Academic Support Specialist is a vital part of the success of our organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coordination and Support: The Academic Support Specialist will work closely with instructors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Progress Tracking: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and tracking student progress to ensure they are meeting their academic goals.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff is a top priority for this role.
• Operational Efficiency: The Academic Support Specialist will work to maintain operational standards, including people, financial, and academic standards.
• Program Delivery: Ensuring the delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners is crucial for this role.
• Meet Operational Excellence Standards: The successful candidate will meet operational excellence standards, which include meeting company efficiency and usage targets.
• Virtual Administration: Providing virtual administrative support to regional operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
• Class Scheduling: Managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
• Tutoring Sessions: Managing virtual tutoring sessions to ensure smooth operation and high-quality results.
• Academic Progress Monitoring: Monitoring all students' academic progress to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support.
• Execution of Programs: Helping ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, including conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
• Time Management: Managing your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
