Job Profile

The NOC Quality Assurance Analyst plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing superior interactions with customers. This individual will monitor and evaluate various aspects of our NOC operations, including associate demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and compliance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement new quality processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Track and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with NOC staff to identify process gaps and provide feedback.
  5. Participate in user acceptance testing for new tools and processes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a NOC environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
Additional Requirements

A background in QA or a related field is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving quality and customer satisfaction.
