We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in providing top-notch service to our customers, driving our business forward through customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing resolution on the first interaction, and delivering quality results in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide exemplary customer service
- Provide resolution on the first interaction with the caller
- Deliver quality results with every interaction in a timely manner
- Collect and gather all necessary information for clinical review
- Cross-train on other communication platforms as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment (Preferred)
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Proficient in computer use and software applications
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
- Strong time management and adaptability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
