
Customer Experience Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating customer support interactions and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will scrutinize customer support interactions via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) to ensure service excellence and alignment with company policies and procedures.
You will also evaluate back office task-handling and provide recommendations to enhance overall customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Your expertise will contribute to improving the customer experience, boosting agent efficiency, and maintaining company standards within Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Evaluation and Analysis: Ability to review and analyze customer interactions and audit histories to draw actionable insights.
- Communication: Effective, succinct, and positive feedback abilities, encompassing both written and spoken, to engage with agents and management.
- Problem-solving: A proactive approach to help address challenges and make improvements.
