We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Senior Customer Experience Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating seamless customer experiences.

As a Senior Customer Experience Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating personalized and professional interactions with customers.

You will be responsible for managing customer emails and chats, taking ownership of high-impact or sensitive customer escalations, and identifying recurring issues or patterns in customer inquiries.

You will also collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements, champion customer advocacy, and contribute ideas to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; post-secondary education preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, or a similar type of role
  • Experience or knowledge of the e-commerce and/or retail space is highly preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Fluency in English written skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
