Global Sales Optimization Specialist

A strategic growth lead is required to oversee the alignment of global programs and provide tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects. They will be responsible for improving critical processes, interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess, identify, and solve health risk drivers for customer retention and expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
- Developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
- Planning and leading high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition, you will:
- Building a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
- Leveraging strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Acting as a client champion and facilitating timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the organization as needed.
