Optimize and Manage Product Listings

The Marketplace Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring product listings are fully optimized for visibility and sales. This expert will monitor and manage listings to surface and address listing health issues effectively.

  • Monitor listings to identify and resolve health issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand root causes of listing health issues and relist products efficiently.
  • Work with Creative and SEO teams to acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
  • Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing creative content and communicate among involved parties.
  • Manage seasonal content timelines.
  • Oversee the management of the product catalog on marketplaces.
  • Update product attributes, categories, and create variations with the Channel Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and current product information, correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
  • Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
  • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
  • Optimize for visibility and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred.
  • Channel Advisor/Rithum experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other productivity software.
