Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, market research, customer segmentation, and sales enablement for IT solutions, software, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Customer Segmentation: Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  • Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Market Expertise: Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Launch and Scale: Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Ability: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
