Technical Support Specialist

The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  1. Experience in a technical support role or customer service environment is beneficial.
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  4. A basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies is required.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
