Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for those passionate about delivering top-notch technical support to customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers through various channels
  • Resolve technical inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Gather information to ensure accurate issue resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Work securely with sensitive customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Prior experience in tech support or a related field is required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) is essential
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and ISP operations
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
