Job Description
  • Provide top-notch customer support via chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening and responding to their needs.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B2 communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is highly valued.
  • Experience providing support via live chats and CRM systems.
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
