Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team by handling tech-related tasks, overseeing the tech stack, and working closely with the Director of Sales Ops to meet sales team needs.

You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure that our marketing funnels and sales systems are functioning properly from a tech standpoint. Thorough training will be provided on our specific platforms, systems, processes, and workflows. You will need foundational tech automation skills, enthusiasm for the role, and a willingness to learn.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must be able to build zaps in Zapier quickly.
  • Should have a strong ability to learn CRMs easily.
  • Should be able to create automations for efficient workflows.
  • Must enjoy learning new things and having fun at the same time.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced sales agency and make a real impact on our clients' businesses. As a Tech Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us scale quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team's growth, implementing and setting up new tech stack, systems, and processes, communicating with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives, creating and managing tech integrations using Zapier, building out automations and workflows in the CRM, and taking full ownership of OnceHub activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team's growth by assisting the Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps.
