Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Call Center Representative. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

The selected candidate will be expected to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks. Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Translating and communicating clearly across both languages.
  • Assisting customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Following company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meeting daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements

The following qualifications are necessary for this role:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
