We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert support in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle survey processes with ease and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the timely submission of billing and reports, maintaining accurate records and transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Organize and distribute critical data reports to relevant stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Requirements:
  • You must have excellent language skills in both English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required; however, relevant experience in BPO or a similar field is highly advantageous.
  • Strong computer application knowledge and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in Taguig City is a requirement.
