Financial Operations Specialist

A high-performing Financial Operations Specialist is required to provide administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth financial operations. This role provides the Head of Finance with day-to-day assistance, including monthly management reports, invoice processing, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide finance and accounting support to the Head of Finance
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare supporting reconciliations and documentation
  • Support the production of management accounts for the leadership team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of solid accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills
