Senior Financial Leader
About the Role:This leadership position is responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization, including general ledger accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- CPA certification with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
- Strong technical expertise in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
