Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Description

This role involves overseeing daily financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The successful candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day financial operations to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to inform business decisions.
  4. Generate regular financial reports for management review, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  6. Support the development of budgets and forecasts to drive business growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax requirements.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite.
  4. A strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
