Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our dynamic finance department.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations, including month/year-end closing of books, account reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Primary liaison with the finance team regarding general ledger issues and tax compliance.
  • Coordinate month-end activities and year-end audit.
  • Process balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Review payroll submissions from HR and communicate results within the finance department.
  • Update financial data in the accounting system to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Prepare working papers and schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR compliances.
  • Properly document and archive supporting documents.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of local compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask; deadline-oriented.
