Global Solutions Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing and integration technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with solution design and implementation methodologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
