To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of Anaplan's capabilities and features, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anaplan Support and Guidance: Provide expert-level support to clients on Anaplan implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Anaplan, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for process improvement and implement optimized solutions using Anaplan.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Anaplan Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Anaplan's features and functionality, including implementation, configuration, and advanced modeling techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical tools and platforms, including SQL, APIs, and data integration technologies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
