About this role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to take responsibility for all technical aspects throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
  • Cloud experience with one of these cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology so they can act as evangelists for the products in discussions with potential customers and partners.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
Desirable skills
  • Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting, especially with Active Directory and NTFS permissions.
  • Familiarity with filesharing solutions.
