About Our Solutions Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Revenue Operation Department as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be a technical expert, a strategic partner to sales teams, and a strong communicator.

Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions will drive product value, sales success, and prospect satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about solving customer problems through creative technical solutions and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of our team, you will engage in functional and technical discussions with customers, design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, address customer needs effectively, and conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage in customer-facing activities to understand their requirements and pain points.
    • Design and present effective solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role. You should also have a strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality, and the ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues.
