Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementing and onboarding our back office products tailored to their needs.


  • Assess clients' current business requirements and workflows, providing consultative recommendations for leveraging our suite of back office solutions.
  • Develop customized implementation plans for each client, addressing complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding project progress.
  • Resolve client concerns by identifying technical solutions and facilitating issue resolution to retain clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to improve and scale internal processes, recommending adjustments to enhance the client journey and adoption of our product suite.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in back office solution implementation and onboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex client scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends and best practices.
