This is a key leadership role responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives across the organization.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to lead quality audit initiatives, establish and implement critical control points databases, and prepare reports in line with business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation of quality audit initiatives, conducting meetings with other departments to formulate improvement activities for quality issue reduction, and managing document control to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation promptly.
  • In addition, the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager will implement and reinforce employees to comply with company policies, identify processes and opportunities for improvements, maintain an objective state of mind, and verify and document evidence of compliance and non-compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with different levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering, and 4-6 years' work experience in Business & Systems Analysis/ Risk Management/ Finance/Accounting Audit/ Internal Quality Audit.
