Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
