Job Description:

The senior lead of quality assurance is responsible for overseeing the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure end-to-end user interactions are reliable and efficient across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute both manual and automated testing to identify issues early and optimize release cycles.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts that simulate user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring continuous testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Review test results, prepare leadership-level reports, and recommend quality improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and integrations to support continuous testing and innovation in QA practices.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket.
