Job Description:

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

You will mentor QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals. Your leadership will help define best practices, elevate QA standards, and guide the team in delivering a seamless and high-quality user experience.

  • Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, your key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Proactively identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Strong skills in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
