
Customer Support Advocate

This role involves providing customer support to patients with excellent expertise and meeting their needs by educating them on various healthcare topics, including balance billing, payment processing, and scheduling appointments.
You will be responsible for working with the doctor's office to secure authorization and coordinating patient care. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills- A bachelor's or associate degree is required, with at least 2 years of completion.
- At least 1 year and 6 months of BPO international voice experience is necessary.
- Ability to work onsite in QC and flexibility with graveyard and rotating shifts are also required.
