**Job Title:** Product Advocate

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Advocate. This dynamic individual will play a vital part in driving product adoption and success.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for early product adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and act on product performance trends.
  • Serve as an expert on our digital platforms, fostering awareness of products and their developments.
  • Monitor product performance globally, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate product releases effectively to internal customers and end-users.
  • Create engaging user guides, playbooks, and training materials to support product success.
  • Analyze data and create reports on usage, issues, and improvement opportunities.

**Requirements:

Essential Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working in product development.
  • Experience working with North Star Metrics, KPIs, or SMART Goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience assessing user readiness and designing training plans.
  • Knowledge of digital project management and leadership experience.
