We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Functional Test Planning to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications aligned with business processes and requirements. A key part of your work will involve developing and executing functional test plans to ensure applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.
What You'll Need
- Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements and specifications
- Familiarity with application performance testing and optimization techniques
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Functional Test Planning
What You'll Do
- Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and execute functional test plans to ensure high-quality applications
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues during the development lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation of application processes, changes, and enhancements
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth application adoption
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
